ABOUT

We offer basketball at the 14U (Jr High) age level. Our Jr High team strives to develop skills and confidence in players in a fun and encouraging atmosphere. Our Jr High School team typically have pre-season Skills & Drills opportunities throughout the summer and fall leading into the season. Jr High School teams are KSHSAA approved and will play other area private and public schools and tournaments. They will also compete in the Regional and National Homeschool Championships typically in late Feburary and early March. In addition to their own game schedules, our Jr High School players have the added benefit of being a part of the larger Mavericks family and can join in the fun of watching and cheering on the Junior High boys and High School boys in their games.

PRACTICES

Typically 3 to 4 days a week beginning in Oct before regular game schedule begins. Once season starts in Nov. the team will practice 1 to 2 times a week depending on game schedule. Practice times will be communicated to players during the season.

$300
Participation fee: Registration and fee payment due by first practice in Oct.
